A kitchen as the center of private parties with a climate of familiarity and exuberance was placed into the entrance hall like a scenery.
The archetype was emulated in detail using pieces of bulk waste, a stove, a sink, kitchen utensils, as well as self-service from the refridgerator and a volunteer cash box.
The kitchen bar 'overgrew' existing furniture, enclosed columns and placed itself in front of windows. It set itself over the existing situation.
As anticipated the ambiance changed the mood of the visitors. In fact they acted like guests in a kitchen at a private party, while the shift into the context of the Kunstverein created a feeling of the extraordinary.
